Hey everyone! We’d first like to say that we are extremely humbled by the response we have had for our app so far. Your support and feedback has been incredibly helpful, overwhelming, and inspirational.
While the launch was great a few bugs were brought to our attention. We worked through Friday night into the weekend to fix them for you guys. Below is a list of the bugs and their current status. Please let us know if any of these things are still happening to you.
1. The app logs you out randomly while in use
Status: Resolved. The app should be keeping you logged in much longer now.
2. Twitter Accounts not connecting
Currently Widdle only supports the native iOS twitter login. If you are experiencing issues trying to connect your Twitter account please make sure that you are logged into Twitter from the iOS Settings app.
3. FOR EVERYONE WHO RESERVED A SPOT VIA OUR WEBSITE: Issues logging into the app.
When you open the app make sure you tap “Reserve a spot” instead of “Login”. While there you will be prompted for your email and to create a password. Be sure to use the same email address that you used when signing up on our website then create a password. This will grant you immediate access to the app and you will be let in.
